CMI Diploma in Leadership and Management - Level 5
Overview
These qualifications are aimed at practising or aspiring managers and leaders who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. The primary role of a practising or aspiring manager and leader is to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver aims and objectives in line with organisational strategy.
The Diploma provides a wider range of knowledge and skills and takes 12 months to complete.

Cost - £1,595
The course fee can either be paid in full or in four instalments.
If you wish to pay in instalments, you will be required to pay 25% (£398.75) of the total fee on the day of enrolment and a Direct Debit mandate would then need to be completed to enable the college to collect a further three payments of £398.75 bi-monthly. The payments will be taken on the date you choose on the Direct Debit mandate form.

What will I study?
The course is delivered using Microsoft Teams and includes twelve live webinars, ten short study modules and eight CMI assignment.
- Webinar 1: Understand approaches to developing and managing the team
- Webinar 2: Understand the approaches to achieving a balance of skills and experience of teams
- Webinar 3: Understand appropriate techniques for leading individuals and teams to achieve success
- Webinar 4: Understand and manage different types of stakeholder relationships and the impact of stakeholder engagement on organisational performance
- Webinar 5: Understand reasons for change in organisations together with approaches to change management.
- Webinar 6: Initiate, plan and manage change in an organisation
- Webinar 7: Understand factors which influence an organisation’s internal environment including management and leadership theories
- Webinar 8: Understand the role of projects and project related documentation
- Webinar 9: Understand the principles of operational planning
- Webinar 10: Understand finance within organisations
- Webinar 11: Understand the value of reflective practice
- Webinar 12: Assignment briefing and any questions relating to assignment criteria.

- GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent English plus successful completion of a pre-enrolment assessment (contact us for more information).
