The latest government advice for dedicated further education transport
Buses are contracted to transport learners to college, and are not used by the general public. This is referred to as a dedicated service. Advice for dedicated service is as follows:
- Use of own sanitiser upon boarding and or/disembarking
- Additional cleaning of vehicles
- Organised queuing and boarding where possible
- The use of face coverings, where appropriate.
From the start of autumn term the one metre approach will not apply on dedicated services but passengers should still be encouraged to space out as much as possible.
This information will be updated if any further changes are required.
