Bursaries
There are two different bursaries available to adult learners aged 19+ to help with education costs. Bursary payments do not have to be repaid.
19+ Student Support Fund

(Tier 2) |
50% discounted college bus. |

* Bursaries for part-time courses are discretionary. If awarded, the payments will be pro rate of the full award.
Please note - we can only process your bursary application once you have enrolled on to a course and it may take up to eight weeks to hear back from us.

Childcare for adult learners
You may be able to get help with the cost of childcare while you attend your course.
Free college meals
If you are aged between 19-24 on 31 August 2023 and subject to an Education of Health Care Plan (EHC Plan), you may also be entitled to free college meals.
