Working as part of the Support Team: to undertake appropriate tasks required to ensure that all Portal users are supported with any issues raised or guidance required, providing a high level of customer service, meeting agreed SLA’s and providing excellent support for all Occupational Health Staff and clients.

Duties will include:

  • Deal with, professionally and appropriately, all incoming communication including emails, mail, phone calls and issues raised via the FreshService desk by internal, external clients, suppliers and team
  • Answer telephone calls as directed by line manager and to script
  • Provide 1st line support desk for all eOPAS & eHealth clients and solve or escalate as required following troubleshooting guides and user guidance notes
  • Provide 1st line support for all users of the RPS on-line booking website & solve or escalate as necessary
  • Seek resolutions from 3rd party software providers where necessary
  • Participate in events and activities as requested by management team
  • Attend staff meetings and engage in all staff support, development and supervision systems
  • Perform routine tasks such as support call logging, assisting with audits of system data, creating new eOPAS users or amending existing, updating eOPAS with new client organisations weekly & operation of standard office equipment etc.
  • Help co-ordinate and deliver training to eOPAS users, create certificates, maintain electronic records & update the matrix
  • Log support calls accurately duration so that analysis can identify volumes and durations per client or eOPAS user so that cost can be calculated
  • Log non-standard support on the client time log & advise line manager if chargeable so that an invoice request can be raised
  • Assist with system upgrade testing
  • Undertake all training and assignments as required to comply with the apprenticeship scheme
