How is college different from school?
- You're considered and treated as an adult
- We have no dress code as we understand the importance of self-expression and want you to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident*
- No more waking up at 7am everyday – your timetable may vary so lessons don't run from 9am-3pm and you don't have to come in on days when you have no lessons
- No more 'Sir' or 'Miss' – you call your teachers by their first name
- Access more freedom and independence with the West Notts College Travel Pass
- More free time. It's entirely up to you how you spend your free time; take part in sport activities, earn money in a part-time job or simply socialise with your friends.
*Some students may have to wear protective clothing and/or uniform as part of their course which is standard industry practice.
