Introduction to Human Resource Practices

Overview

This introductory course is ideal for individuals either entering or currently in employment within an HR team for a small or medium sized business.

Focusing on ways of approaching essential human resources-related tasks in a professional manner, it is a great short- course for enhancing your knowledge and improving your career prospects.

The course is taught by experienced teachers and HR professionals who can share their insight and knowledge with you to ensure you have a first-class learning experience.

Classes are usually run from 9.15am to 4.45pm and are held at the college’s Derby Road campus.
