If so, the Access to HE Diploma (Medicine) is the course for you. This course is specifically designed for adults (aged 19+) who have been out of education for some time and want to re-engage with education, make a career change or retrain to become a doctor.
The course is made up of various modules designed to prepare you for the demands of higher level study. You will become a critical thinker, develop writing techniques and research skills.

- Four GCSEs at grade 4-9, including English Language and Maths (higher tier)
- GCSE Science at grade 5-9.
How will I be assessed?
In order to prepare you for university, the assessments on this course will be varied. You will deliver professional presentations, write work booklets, laboratory reports and essays, and sit classroom based exams.

Upon successful completion of this course students can progress to undergraduate* medicine.
