Background

Aaron is a qualified educator with a PGCE from Nottingham Trent University and a BA (Hons) from the University of Lincoln. He has worked in further education across various departments, including Uniformed Protective Services, Digital Skills and Business, primarily at West Nottinghamshire College.

His background includes a strong mix of creative and vocational experiences, and he has held professional roles in both education and the design industry. Aaron was elected as a course representative during his postgraduate studies and is currently applying to study for a Master’s in Education.

He is passionate about learner development, digital innovation, and vocational teaching. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys fitness, creative projects, and automotive modification.
