Biography

Before working at WNC Steph was working in retail whist completing an undergraduate and PGCE degrees. She completed the undergraduate degree in Sport and Education at Derby University before continuing to undertake a PGCE in Post 14 education with a sports specialism. Within the sporting world, her favourite sports are shotput and javelin; this is because of the mechanic behind the sports and the technical skill it takes to become good.

Steph enjoys learning about the coaching aspect and what it takes to become a proficient coach and what skill and qualities are required. Also whilst at University, she enjoyed learning research methods with the element of statistics.
