Biography

Michelle is our sports lecturer specialising in gym instructing and personal training. She has a BSc in Exercise and Health related Fitness, PGCE in Education and QTLS and A1 Assessor, alongside various other qualifications including L3 Personal Training, L3 Antenatal/Postnatal, L2 Circuits, L2 Gym Instructor and L2 Group Exercise.

Starting out as a group exercise fitness instructor, Michelle went on to become a personal trainer before working up to management in gyms. For the past 20+ years, she’s worked in further education as both a sports lecturer and an assessor.

Her hobby is travelling; she’s visited over 70+ countries and counting and loves new cultures and cuisines. Michelle loves watching Athletics, Rugby, and socialising with friends.
