Biography
I have worked at west Notts College for the last 7 years. I started off my career in Hospitality at Frankie and Benny’s. I worked as a waiter and became deputy manager after qualifying in Level 3 Hospitality supervision and Leadership at West Notts College. I then came to college as a front of house trainer/assessor.
Since starting at college I have also studied at the European Bartending School to qualify in Mixology. I am also currently working at Thoresby Hall Hotel as part of their food and beverage team.
I work within the practical environment at West Notts working with the front of house students training in all areas of food and beverage service and hospitality management.
