Biography
Craig started his West Notts journey as a hospitality apprenticeship student in 2004. After completing qualifications in professional cookery, hospitality supervision and leadership and customer service, Craig went on to work in a range of hospitality settings including pubs, restaurants and healthcare catering.
Craig qualified as an assessor in 2013 and before working at West Notts ran his own successful catering business for five years.
Craig started working at West Notts in 2019 within our apprenticeship team delivering hospitality and catering based apprenticeships and now works in our Step-up and progress department delivering our developing skills for employment programme. Craig is also working towards a Cert Ed qualification with Nottingham Trent University and continues to work closely with our SEND team to improve his knowledge of learners with additional needs.
