With a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science from Coventry University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Secondary Education specialising in Biology, Fauzia brings a unique blend of academic prowess and real-world experience to our college.
Before joining our team, Fauzia spent several years teaching in secondary education, shaping young minds and developing future scientists. Her journey into teaching was preceded by valuable experiences in healthcare, including volunteering in hospitals and working as a care worker. These experiences have not only enriched her teaching, but also instilled in her a deep appreciation for the practical applications of science.
Not only is Fauzia a passionate educator, but she's also a dedicated Science, Technology, Engineering and Manufacturing (STEM) ambassador, actively bridging the gap between the classroom and the real world. As a STEM ambassador, Fauzia brings hands-on experiences and exciting opportunities to inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers, and innovators.
