Robert is the currently director of people at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and is responsible for advising, supporting, coaching and developing leaders across the Trust in strategic HR related issues.
He has worked in the NHS for over 10 years, working in both community and acute settings across Derbyshire and north Nottinghamshire.
He has a particular passion for employee health and wellbeing, maximising employee potential and strong, employee-centred leadership that has been recognised nationally. His personal approach to engaging with leaders has ensured that all issues are solved through practical and efficient solutions.
