Governance
The Corporation Board is the governing body of the college. Its members are drawn from a wide range of backgrounds, reflecting the diverse communities we serve.
The Board is responsible for the quality of education and services provided to learners and the wider community, as well as the financial health, strategic direction, and employment practices of the college. Members also set and uphold the college’s vision and mission.
Meeting bi-monthly, the Board considers strategic developments, monitors management performance, and reviews compliance reports. Robust discussion is encouraged within the framework of standing orders, with specialist committees playing a vital role in governance. Board members are committed to continuous improvement and undertake an annual self-assessment to ensure high standards of governance.
