This is a great opportunity for dynamic, professional individuals qualified in maths to join a forward thinking college to develop and teach GCSE courses to groups of learners from across the college, to drive the integration of BKSB into the students’ learning journeys and to support the development of BKSB as a market leader in the teaching of GCSE.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team to combine a hands on teaching role with a research and development role in partnership with one of the country’s leading educational technology companies.

You will need to possess a teaching qualification and have a good knowledge of and professional experience within teaching, including pedagogical innovation.  You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills showing a flexible and professional attitude.  You will have good experience of using on-line and/or other technology resources in your practice and will have benefitted from action research.

It is essential that you have the ability to build positive relationships, displaying excellent communication, organisational skills and administrative skills demonstrating a flexible and professional attitude.  You will use these skills to engage colleagues in your innovation and research.

You will be a highly self-motivated, energetic and driven individual, encompassing a strong sense of autonomy.  You will possess excellent presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate achievement of targets.
