Re-advertised Role

As Learning Resource Advisor you will provide advice and learning support to learners in addition to the evaluation and acquisition of learning resources. The Learning Resource Centres combine print, IT and electronic resources to support and inform student learning, research and assessment processes. You will need to demonstrate a high standard of customer care to ensure that all users get a positive experience.

You should have experience of working in libraries; appropriate qualifications to at least level 3 and the capacity to work with learners of all ages and abilities. In addition, you should be IT literate and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; an ability to work as part of a team and a flexible, adaptable and positive attitude. You should have the confidence to deal with learner and staff enquiries on a wide range of subjects.
