Organisational Development and Human Resources Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced coordinator to join our busy and friendly HR team to support organisational training and development and human resources.

Reporting to the People Development Manager and the Human Resources Team Leader, you will work in a dual role capacity supporting training & development and human resources activities whilst providing a highly responsive, coordination and advisory service to all business areas at the college and external providers.

Your key responsibilities will include:  supporting the organisation of all internal and external training and development needs, as well as support and facilitate our employee induction days. Ensure effective co-ordination of vacancy advertising, tracking of cost, responding to applicants, preparing interview packs and maintaining accurate database of employment data.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who loves the challenge of managing a varied and busy workload.  The role requires attention to detail and you will need first class organisational and time-management skills to ensure that all deadlines are met whilst ensuring that work priorities between both teams are met whilst providing a professional service.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and confident in dealing with people at all levels.
