Music through the ages at Create concerts

Posted: 11 February 2019

There’s a chance to brighten up a Wednesday evening with a variety of music delivered by West Nottinghamshire College’s music and performance students this week.

On Wednesday (13 February) from 7-10pm, HNC and RSL Subsidiary and Extended Diploma Performance students will be raising the roof at the Derby Road-based Create building with a selection of popular hits from the 60s to the present day.

Next month, the same groups will be hosting a funk and soul night on Tuesday 12 March where guests can hear classic covers of artists such as Wilson Pickett, Otis Redding and Marvin Gaye.

Tickets are £2 each and can be purchased on the door from 7pm or booked online at www.createtheatre.co.uk

A fully-licenced bar will be available as well as snacks and drinks.
