Colourful new year for kids at college

A world of art and craft is opening up for youngsters in West Nottinghamshire College’s art studio in the New Year.

Saturday art workshops will be taking place at the visual art and design centre at the Derby Road campus and will be aimed at 7-11-year-olds to help bring out their artistic talents.

Students will paint, draw, complete 3D work and undertake arts and craft type activities. There will be the opportunity to make items for special occasions such as mother's day and Easter.

Workshops take place on Saturdays from 10am to 12pm. The ten sessions cost £90 per person, and all materials will be included in the price.
