By joining the college as a Higher Education student, you agree to abide by the college’s terms and conditions which are set out in a number of policies and procedures detailed below:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you read these policies, so that you are informed. They aim to ensure that students are treated fairly and equitably throughout their time at the college and that they suffer no detriment as a result of changes to their course or – in exceptional circumstances – the college making the decision to no longer offer certain courses.

These terms and conditions form a formal contract between the college and the student, in line with the requirements of the Office for Students (OfS) and the Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA), which are the bodies with oversight responsibility for providers of Higher Education.

In return we expect our enrolled students to:

  • Abide by our expectations in terms of the policies listed above.
  • To uphold the college’s values in terms of respect, responsibility and professionalism.
  • Pay fees on time and ensure that applications for loan funding for fees are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Submit work to deadline or request formal extension of deadline if personal circumstances dictate, following the process contained in your HE handbooks.
