The Care Certificate (Online)

Overview

This course is a great introduction to learning the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide safe and compassionate care. It's perfect for those starting work as healthcare assistants, care support workers, assistant practitioners or anyone working in the health and social care setting.

The course is delivered via e-learning, webinars or blended learning and by a CPD accredited and Skills for Care endorsed training provider.

This course is for anyone that works in health and social care, including Health Care Assistants, Assistant Practitioners, Care Support Workers and those giving support to clinical roles in the NHS where there is any direct contact with patients.

It’s designed for new staff but it is also a useful refresher for existing staff. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) expects all health and social care providers to provide the Care Certificate course to their staff.
