Overview
Are you new to cookery or a budding chef interested in how a professional kitchen works?
This seven-week course will teach you professional cookery practical skills and opportunities for theory in the classroom.
If you want to learn more once you've completed this course, there's an opportunity for you to stay and complete another six-week short course or progression onto a full-time course from September 2025.
