- As part of your training, you'll attend monthly one-day masterclasses in college to dive deeper into key topics such as:
- Customer Service Foundations.
- Regulations and Consumer Rights.
- Customer Demographics and Journey Mapping.
- Customer Loyalty, Retention, and Business Development.
- Social Media in Business.
- Managing Complaints and De-Escalation Strategies.
Entry requirements
- This course is only available for adults aged 19 and over (on 31 August 2024).
How long is the course?
- Six months, part-time.
- One day per month in college
- Supported one-to-one visits in the work place, one day each month.
How will I be assessed?
- A portfolio built to show your knowledge, skills and behaviours to meet the qualification requirements.
