- Legislation and guidance for an individual providing support to children displaying distressed behaviour.

How long is the course?
- Total time to complete - 138 hours
- Guided learning - 110 hours (includes all tutor contact, guidance, and supervision)
- Directed learning - Approximately 28 hours throughout the program
- Learners are expected to study and work on assessments independently.
How will I be assessed?
- Assessment is done through internal evaluations, checked by external quality assurance.
- To achieve a Pass, all learning outcomes and criteria must be met - no grading system is used.
