- Understand how to process and follow up sales orders
- Understand how to resolve customer service problems and challenges.
Entry requirements
- No specific entry requirements, but a minimum of a GCSE grade 4-9 in English and Maths (or equivalent) is recommended
- Applicants must live in England
- Applicants must not live in the locations listed here.
How long is the course?
- Total time to complete - 200 hours (including tutor led guided learning hours).
How will I be assessed?
The qualification is assessed by internally set and marked assessments subject to external quality assurance. Where indicated in the unit specifications, assessment must meet the requirements of the identified assessment strategy principles.

- Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service Practitioner
- Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service
- Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
- Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship.
