Start dates and fees

Start date - This course is offered on a rolling basis so please get in touch to find out when the next course is starting.

Cost - £655

The course fee can either be paid in full or in four instalments.

If you wish to pay in instalments, you will be required to pay 25% (£163.75) of the total fee on the day of enrolment and a Direct Debit mandate would then need to be completed to enable the college to collect three further payments of £163.75 monthly. The payments will be taken on the date you choose on the Direct Debit mandate form.

What will I study?

The course is delivered online using Microsoft Teams and includes six live webinars, three short study modules, three further study modules, two unit assignments and a final assignment.

  • Webinar 1: Understand the role and purpose of teams 
  • Webinar 2: Recognise the characteristics of a high performing team
  • Webinar 3: Leading, communicating and motivating a high performing team
  • Webinar 4: Channels and types of Communication
  • Webinar 5: Developing the knowledge, skills and abilities of individuals and teams; Understanding different types of development available to support individuals and teams
  • Webinar 6: Identifying and selecting development opportunities for individuals and teams; Monitoring the impact of learning and development activities on individuals and teams; Completion of Workbook.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English Language Grade 4/C.

If you haven't studied a traditional GCSE course, we accept alternative qualifications like Functional Skills and vocational courses.
