CMI Certificate in Leadership and Management - Level 5
Overview
These qualifications are aimed at practising or aspiring managers and leaders who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. The primary role of a practising or aspiring manager and leader is to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver aims and objectives in line with organisational strategy.
This course provides a broad base of knowledge and skills and takes approximately 12 weeks to complete.

Cost - £655
The course fee can either be paid in full or in four instalments.
If you wish to pay in instalments, you will be required to pay 25% (£163.75) of the total fee on the day of enrolment and a Direct Debit mandate would then need to be completed to enable the college to collect three further payments of £163.75. The payments will be taken on the date you choose on the Direct Debit mandate form.

What will I study?
The Certificate Course is delivered using Microsoft Teams and includes seven live webinars, five short study modules and three CMI assignments
- Webinar 1: Understand approaches to developing and managing the team
- Webinar 2: Understand the approaches to achieving a balance of skills and experience of teams
- Webinar 3: Understand appropriate techniques for leading individuals and teams to achieve success
- Webinar 4: Understand and manage different types of stakeholder relationships and the impact of stakeholder engagement on organisational performance
- Webinar 5: Understand reasons for change in organisations together with approaches to change management
- Webinar 6: Initiate, plan and manage change in an organisation
- Webinar 7: Assignment briefing.
Entry requirements
GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent English.
