Take the next step in your career with these flexible and practical qualifications designed for current or aspiring managers. Delivered as adult-only (19+) part-time online courses, these Level 3 CMI courses help you develop the essential skills and confidence needed to lead effectively.
Whether you supervise a team, manage a shift or lead projects, these courses support the development of effective leadership and management skills. It is ideal for those looking to build confidence in managing people, organising work and supporting team performance. You will gain practical skills that can be applied immediately in the workplace, enabling you to lead people effectively and contribute to organisational success.
You will study in small, supportive online classes alongside other like-minded adults, creating a relaxed learning environment where you can develop your skills and share experiences.
Do not worry if you have been out of education for some time. Our tutors have extensive experience supporting adult learners and will guide you through your studies step by step. You will also receive support from an assessor throughout your qualification.
If you feel unsure about using tools such as email, Microsoft Word or Microsoft Teams, do not worry. We will support you step by step. We also offer free short digital and IT courses for adults to help you build confidence before starting a qualification like this.

*Don’t let paying for the course hold you back from achieving your goals. If you choose to study the Certificate or Diploma. you can split the cost of the course over four instalments. If you wish to pay in instalments, you will be required to pay 25% of the total fee on the day of enrolment and a Direct Debit mandate would then to be completed to enable the college to collect further three payments (monthly for the Certificate, bi-monthly for the Diploma). The payments will be taken on the date you choose on the Direct Debit mandate form.
