Overview
These qualifications are aimed at practising or aspiring managers and leaders who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. The primary role of a practising or aspiring manager and leader is to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver aims and objectives in line with organisational strategy.
The Award is the shortest and most concise qualification and takes approximately 8 weeks to complete.

What will I study?
The course is delivered using Microsoft Teams and includes four live webinars, three short study modules and one CMI assignment.
- Webinar 1: Understand approaches to developing and managing the team
- Webinar 2: Understand the approaches to achieving a balance of skills and experience of teams
- Webinar 3: Understand appropriate techniques for leading individuals and teams to achieve success
- Webinar 4: Assignment briefing and any questions relating to assignment criteria.
Entry requirements
GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent English.
