Overview

A comprehensive course aimed at HR and learning professionals, who would like to further develop their capability and evolve into more senior people professional roles in learning.


Start dates and fees

Online study with monthly on-campus tutorials held once per month in an evening.

Start date - This course is offered on a rolling basis so please get in touch to find out when the next course is starting.

Cost - £1995

The course fee can either be paid in full or in four instalments.

If you wish to pay in instalments, you will be required to pay 25% (£498.75) of the total fee on the day of enrolment and a Direct Debit mandate would then need to be completed to enable the college to collect a further three payments of £498.75 bi-monthly. The payments will be taken on the date you choose on the Direct Debit mandate form.

What will I study?

Core units

  • Unit 1 - Organisational performance and culture in practice
  • Unit 2 - Evidence-based practice
  • Unit 3 - Professional behaviours and valuing people.

Three specialist units

  • Unit 1 - Supporting self-directed and social learning
  • Unit 2 - Learning and development design to create value
  • Unit 3 - Facilitate personalised and performance focused learning.

Entry requirements

  • Level 2 qualification in English language and maths
  • Completion of an initial face to face or telephone interview to ascertain whether the course is suitable and right for you,
  • You must currently be in a HR/People Practice role or have acquired prior learning and experience which will ensure the qualification is appropriate.

How long is the course?

  • 175 hours over a 12 month period.
