CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management (Blended Learning) - Level 5

Overview

As one of the CIPD Approved Centres, West Notts successfully delivers Level 5 qualifications. Based on the new Profession Map, this qualification focuses on the knowledge and behaviours required to create value and make an impact in the changing world of work. This new qualification sets the standard for people professionals.

This qualification builds on the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice. It is aimed at HR professionals who would like to further develop their capability and evolve into more senior people professional roles. It is suitable for people who are already in a HR role and aspiring to progress in their career or develop their skills and knowledge to be more effective in people management. This level 5 course will give a deeper level of understanding, behaviours and skills development in people practice.

There are two options to gaining this CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management within the college to support your learning style: blended learning (online and on-campus) or on-campus. Find out more about the on-campus option.
