Overview

In this unit you will study performance measures relating to liquidity, profitability and gearing. Topics covered include analysing relevant legislation and contract law that has an impact on the credit control environment, assessing credit risk and grant credit in compliance with organisational policies and procedures, evaluating a range of techniques to collect debts and presenting advice and recommendations to management on the credit control system

Entry requirements

You should hold an AAT Level 3 qualification in accounts or a degree in accounting.


How long is the course?

  • This course is 6 weeks long, taking place each Tuesday evening from 6pm - 9pm.

How will I be assessed?

You will be assessed by external examination.


What does the course lead to?

Full membership of the AAT and entry for ACCA, ICAEW or CIMA qualifications is possible upon completion of the full qualification.
