ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be part of the HE and Level 3 teaching team that works within the School of Health, Education & Service Industries and also work alongside the HE central team for the benefit of HE students.

You will deliver and assess a variety of applied theoretical modules on the Foundation Degree Health Sciences and Social Care in line with QAA, HEI and college requirements. There will also be a small amount of delivery on the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health Sciences and Social care.

You will be required to provide a supportive and professional environment that will aid the development of individual and groups of students. You will be expected to be organised with excellent time management and administrative skills. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and show a flexible and professional attitude. 

You will be educated to at least degree level and possess a relevant teaching qualification and have experience of teaching at levels 4 and 5.

The role will require you to embed and work to the college’s values; working with Professionalism, taking Responsibility for your actions, and giving Respect to clients and colleagues alike.
