Our Level 1 Warehousing and Storage and Customer Service qualifications will give you a sound understanding of the supplies and logistics industry whilst providing you with an opportunity to move on to achieve either an NVQ Level 2 in Driving Goods Vehicles or to progress to a guaranteed interview.

On both programmes, which run for five days, you’ll learn more about packing and picking goods, understanding health and safety legislation, rule on driving hours and safety, using equipment to move goods and assistance with interview techniques.
