Car Sales Admin Assistant

Job description

Due to the expansion of our business a new position has arisen to assist in our unique work environment.

Proctor Car Sales deals in Prestige vehicles and also has a contract hire business, workshop and bodyshop.

The role will principally be assisting with the administration of the Contract Hire business but the role will also involve general showroom duties such as; collection and delivery of vehicles, general website/office admin, taking telephone calls and liaising with business partners.

Hourly rate to be agreed dependent upon experience.

Would consider part-time applicants with suitable experience

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
administration: 1 year (Required)
Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required)

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (Preferred)

Licence:

Full Driving Licence (Required)
