Job description

We are a family owned business with venues in Mansfield & Nottingham. We have built a strong reputation for our service, food and drink over the last seven years .

As busy Bar, Bistros & Restaurants we prepare and cook fresh dishes to order between 9am and 10pm daily. We are looking for enthusiastic applicants who can work well in team and are prepared to work hard and develop their skills.This is an environment for those who like to involve themselves in all aspects of the kitchen. If you like to work with fresh food and ingredients and you want to develop your chef skills to a more senior level , then this is an ideal opportunity for you. There is also the opportunity to progress within the business as it is our policy to develop our staff to their full potential and promote internally as much as possible as we aim for more sites in 2019. We also offer a fixed price meal scheme whilst working and discounted prices at all of our venues. Successful candidates would ideally have experience in cooking & preparing fresh food, flexible and be available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends on a shift rota.
