Job description

We are a family owned business with sites in Nottingham & Mansfield. We provide high quality food and drinks in a unique environment and we are looking to recruit experienced cocktail bar tenders & floor staff for our Mansfield venue to join one of our talented close-knit teams. Applicants must enjoy working in a customer facing role and be passionate about the industry. This is a busy workplace particularly during the weekend and successful candidates will need to have experience of working in fast paced establishments.

We need you to have;

* Extensive experience working in a busy bar/restaurant.

* Excellent cocktail knowledge including current trends.

* Passion about service and to be a positive presence.

* A confident personality with the ability to build relationships with all customers.

* Exceptional communication skills and be an excellent team player.
