Pre-Access to University - Level 2
Overview
The Pre-Access course will provide an opportunity for developing studying, academic skills and confidence.
If you successfully complete this course, you'll gain a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification which then enables you to apply for the Access to University diploma.
Entry requirements
Complete a short diagnostic assessment in English and /or maths, depending on which GCSEs you require.

How long is the course?
One morning per week over one year.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is done in a variety of ways including presentations, research reports and portfolios.

It is anticipated that you will study GCSE English and/or GCSE maths alongside the course, if you do not already possess a grade C/4 in these subjects.
