The Introduction to History is a six-week programme, designed to help you gain an understanding of the main points of history through time. It will really stretch your imagination and is ideal for those with a general interest in history, or those who would like to read history at university.

Costs
- This course is free if you are 19+ and unemployed and receiving relevant benefits, or earning less than £18,525 per year.
- If you are 19+ and not receiving benefits the course will cost £42.00 for the full six weeks, or £7.00 per session.

Each week you will focus on a new topic, including:
- What did the Romans do for us? (Week 1)
- Murder in the Middle Ages (Week 2)
- Was Anne Boleyn really that bad? (Week 3)
- Why are some lives worth more than others? (Week 4)
- What exactly is a dictatorship? (Week 5)
- What are civil rights? (Week 6)
