Overview

This adult-only (19+), part-time course is ideal if you are looking to develop your practical massage skills, upskill within the beauty and complementary therapy industry, or progress your professional qualifications. Whether you are returning to learning after a break or continuing your development, you will be supported by experienced tutors who have many years of experience helping adult learners succeed.

You will study in small class sizes alongside like-minded adults, creating a friendly and supportive learning environment. All practical training takes place in Revive, our professional commercial hair and beauty salon that is open to the public and equipped with industry-standard facilities that are unrivalled in the area, giving you valuable hands-on experience.

You will explore the origins and principles of massage and alternative therapy, while developing the advanced practical skills needed to deliver high-quality massage treatments. The topics within this course have been carefully selected as the perfect advanced follow-on from Level 2 qualifications in complementary therapies or massage.

This course is designed for learners who want to become fully qualified to perform advanced massage treatments to the highest professional standards, helping you progress confidently within the industry.

Fee - £3,345

Don’t let paying for the course hold you back from achieving your goals. You can split the cost of this course over four instalments. If you wish to pay in instalments, you will be required to pay 25% (£836.25) of the total fee on the day of enrolment and a Direct Debit mandate would then to be completed to enable the college to collect further three payments of £836.25 bi-monthly. The payments will be taken on the date you choose on the Direct Debit mandate form.

All hair and beauty courses require the purchase of a specific kit and uniform. It is your responsibility to finance these purchases independently, as there is no funding currently available. Please be aware that the current price for the required uniform is £45.80*. The prices for the required kit and uniform will be determined at the start of the year.

Entry requirements
This course is only available to students aged 19+
- Level 2 qualification in Beauty/Massage or Complementary Therapy.
Progression
- Beauty Therapy – Level 4
- An apprenticeship.
