Why choose hospitality and catering at West Notts?

Tutors with real industry experience

Hospitality and cookery students work closely with tutors who’ve worked in high-pressure catering environments, passing on a wealth of tips and advice to students who are keen to learn.

Train in a real-life, award winning restaurant

Once students have gained enough experience, they’ll get to train in a real working kitchen, serving members of the public. The college’s fine dining restaurant has recently been awarded the Travellers’ Choice Award through Tripadvisor – placing us in the top 10% of restaurants worldwide!.

Show off your creativity!

Students get the opportunity to take part in events which showcase their skills and talents including fine dining themed-evenings and charity fundraisers.
