Always dreamed of being a head chef or running your own kitchen? Well, here is your chance.
Training in a true-to-life professional kitchen with industry-standard equipment, our facilities are second to none. Working as part of a team alongside waiting staff, restaurant managers and bartenders, you’ll get practical hands-on experience in preparing, cooking and serving food to both students and the general public.
As an established restaurant, you will be working in an environment that mirrors the opportunities you may come across in the future. You will be expected to respect kitchen rules and utilise all the tools and cooking utensils to develop new skills, techniques and cook up a storm.
