The enrolment journey

From first applying to study with us, right the way through to enrolling on your course, here you can keep track of your enrolment process.

Applied for your course

Due to the wide variety of courses we have on offer, you can choose to apply for up to four courses - a full list can be found on our courses and apprenticeships page. Once you have applied we will be in touch with details about your next steps.

Received an invitation to 'Meet your tutor'

You will then receive a letter inviting you into college to meet with one of your course tutors. Don’t panic – this is just a chance for us to find out a little more about you, and for you to find out more about us.

Receive your offer

Successful applicants will then receive an offer from us. This can either be during your 'Meet your tutor' session or a letter in the post. If you have applied for more than one course, you will have to decide at this stage which course you would like to pursue further.

Accept your offer

Once you have accepted your offer, we will be in touch throughout the year to keep you up-to-date with the latest applicant information, such as inviting you to our applicant event.

Received your enrolment letter

To ensure you are ready to start your course in September you must attend enrolment. You will receive a letter with the details of your enrolment date and time. It is essential you attend this day. If for any reason you cannot attend on your timeslot, contact us as soon as possible.

Attended your enrolment date

You will not be able you start your course in September if you do not attend your enrolment date. At enrolment you will enrol, receive your student ID badge, show your certificates, and have the opportunity to talk to your tutors and meet people on your course.
