You will be required to carry out all aspects of painting and decorating internally and externally including the safe use of ladders and scaffolding for working at height. You will make contact with materials suppliers and work with contractors. You carry out method statements and risk assessments in liaison with the Building Services Manager. You will work closely with our clients around the College in order to minimise disruption to teaching & learning.
As part of the role you will complete the Level 3 Framework in Painting and Decorating. This standard will take around 12 months.
You may be required to assist the IT & Estates teams with a variety of tasks.
