Drama Coach, Dance Coach and Singing Coach

Job description

Looking for Singing, dance and drama coaches based in or around Newark, Nottingham. Teaching 3 hours on a saturday morning throughout term time. One teacher will teach 4 hours and be deputy head from time to time too. Pay for those roles will be negotiated. We make the curriculum between us. Kids need to learn and have fun. Occasional workshops will be extra too. Its fun new and exciting!

Teachers will be Self employed so responsible for their own tax and National Insurance where applicable. Teaching 4 to 18 year olds split between 4 Stage Groups. Lots of fun exercises and games to help engage the young people into the world of performing arts. Script learning and audition techniques etc for drama, Jazz modern, Ballet etc for Dance and musical theatre, pop etc for singing. Content will be decided between you and the principal.

DBS Check certificates and first aid training will be useful.  As will any previous teaching experience.

Salary between £20 and £25 per hour dependent on extra duties.

Takes place every Saturday of term time from September 16th 2017.  10am - 11am for 4-5 years then 11am to 2pm for 6-18 years.  All Classes are held at Magnus Church Of England Academy Newark.
