How to apply
Please apply by calling Caroline Barks on 01623 624817 with your interest and to arrange an informal interview. The dates of the placement will be for one week only, commencing 20 - 25 February 2017.
Once you have a confirmed offer, in order to proceed with the work placement you will need to download and complete the following ‘Student/Tutor’ Work Placement Application form. This form must be signed by your tutor.
You can drop off a completed application form to room 4a, Derby Road Campus (the Work Placement Office) or ask your tutor to post internally. Alternatively scan and email a completed application form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A parental consent form must also be signed and passed to your tutor.
On receipt of your application form the Work Placement Team will ensure the health and safety documentation for your placement is in place. The Work Placement Team will contact you to confirm the placement is approved and ‘ready to go’.
