The specialist team of staff here at Vision West Nottinghamshire College provide support and advice to learners who are blind or partially sighted.
What kind of support do we offer?

- Support from a specialist Further Education teacher of the visually impaired
- Adaptation of course materials into preferred format including large print, Braille and audio.
- Sighted guiding and familiarisation training around the college campus.
- Specialist IT support workers who incorporate IT training for software and keyboard skills for blind and partially-sighted.
- Provision for guide dogs.
The team will support you throughout your course and can also provide advice and guidance on access to the wider curriculum.
