ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be part of a team that helps the College to achieve its Information Communication Technology Strategy. You will assist in the maintenance of all computers and computing infrastructure over multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience and knowledge of computer repair & configuration including hardware and software.
Candidates will be required to work for 2 days a week alongside the existing IT desktop team.
Candidates will be required to have a customer focused approach, a minimum of an IT qualification to level 2 or equivalent and a willingness to work towards a level 3 qualification, to work both independently and as part of a wider technical team. You will be the first point of contact for remote users seeking technical assistance.
