Double the chills for children at Halloween

Posted: 11 October 2017

West Nottinghamshire College’s Create Theatre is lining up a spooky schedule this October, designed to give youngsters the creative chills.

Taking place over the half-term break, Halloween-themed theatre, dance and singing workshops are set to entertain children and young people from age five to 18.

On Monday and Tuesday (23 and 24 October) a musical theatre workshop led by industry specialists will cover singing, dancing and acting, suitable for 13 to 18-year-olds. The workshop will explore songs and scenes from the ‘spooktacular’ musical The Addams Family.

The workshop will run over both days from 10am to 3pm and places cost £35 per person.

Later in the week on Thursday and Friday (26 and 27 October) Something Theatre are offering creative workshops for five to 12-year-olds.  Workshops are Halloween themed and take place from 10am to 3pm on both days. Places cost £26 per child.
